As a 15 year migraine sufferer, regular massages a few times a month have been one of the only sources of non-medication relief for me. Candy, the owner of Arizona Mobile Massage, is a terrific massage therapist. I originally went to see Candy because of a shoulder injury that I got walking my new lab puppy. It got to the point where I was in constant pain, I had waited too long to have something done about it. Candy got me in right away and spent an entire hour on just my shoulders and neck. I immediately felt better and the tension in my neck was gone. In fact, I could not remember when I could move my neck so freely.
